My adventure with graphic design started at age 16 in my
hometown of Juneau, Alaska, when I built a press to print
my designs on shirts and hoodies. I enjoyed my successful
business venture, but after a few years I desired to expand
my graphic design skills. I moved to Portland, Oregon, to
pursue an education in graphic design at Mt. Hood
Community College. In my two years at school, which
culminated with my earning an associate degree in graphic
design, I became proficient in a variety of both basic and
advanced skills in the design field. I derive joy in the
creative and problem-solving aspects of graphic design,
and take great satisfaction in producing design work of the
highest quality, regardless of the size of the project.
Currently working for Next Adventure in Portland, Oregon.
